If you're in the Seattle area, you should be able to find them in the 99Ranch markets, don't know what other large Asian supermarket chains may be in the area. The parent company of 99Ranch is also an Asian food distributor called Tawa Marketing, that is a wholesaler to many of the Asian food stores that are popping up.

Dirtbag - You'll probably need to come up to the Bay Area where there is a larger target demographic for the Asian supermarket chains  There are totally Asian focused shopping centers that are popping up all over the place around here.

UPDATE: Found the Red Feather butter today at one of the 99Ranch markets for $3.49/12oz can.
