I just got my Vietnam era accessory packet with cigs in them and was wondering if they are ok to smoke. They are still wrapped in the plastic and I put them in my cigar humidor to possibly put some moisture back into them (may be dry in the pack now).
What do you guys think? I was going to do a video on them so I hope they are still ok!

My wife loves em! She can't wait to get her hands on em when I get em. I don't smoke, but she says they're really strong and smooth.
it is what it is....

Yeah it came with the Marlboro 4 grade A smokes in it. I just hope they are ok! I am not sure if they will be as strong because they do have a filter on them.

Im sure that they will be fine, unless they have tiny holes in the packaging, that would mean that critters got in them.

they are still fresh as can be to be honest, you might have some slight staleness but after looking at some reviews of people that have opened them on Youtube, they generally have a great taste....still good as ever to smoke fresh out of the pack...if anything from what I've seen they are better than the cigarettes you get out of the store today.....Just curious, what brand did you score?
Sellers/Traders I recommend: ViperGTS x2, Salty Croc, donjuan_21,Sturm44,Ration_Man

They will most likely be fine since the package was in good conditions, and even if they have critters, if you smoke the cigarette you dont have to worry about it since they are probably long gone or definitelly long dead... You wont catch anything,
its not like if you where eating food that you dont know if its ok to eat... Worst case scenario, you smoke a cigarrete with a ''little'' ''extra'' and maybe it tastes bad... (could even taste good, you never know

I like to watch Steve1989 go to smoking the cigarettes from old rations during reviews. He really looks forward to it. The tobacco is now aged and from what I gather, possibly smoother, stronger, and richer in flavor and before they started adding lots of chemicals to the tobacco. He seems to truly savor them. You could always snap the filter off before smoking.

I bought two packs of French cigarettes from the '50s on Ebay a year or so ago and they were just fine. Burn quick though.
