Rejuvenating MRE Smokes

Post by Ace Ducey77 » Fri Oct 27, 2017 11:03 pm

Hey all! So does anyone have some tricks or procedures for bringing old MRE cigarettes back from the dead? I have a pack of Camels and Philip Morris from a Food Packet Survival Tropic ST-2, and a normal full pack of 20 cigs 1955 Philip Morris. A buddy of mine wants he and I to enjoy some of these one night, but I assume they’re dry and stale. A humidor should help but I don’t want to mes these up! Anyone have any advise for a proper rejuvination? Thanks! :?:

Take them out of the pack and place into a mason jar with (1) 8 gram Boveda 62% humidipak ( available at most cigar and tobacco stores for about $1). In about 48hrs should be good as (nearly)new :D
it is what it is....
