Hi,
Here’s my last improvisation: « Minestrone stew – tacos »
Ingredients:
1 MRE bag of Minestrone stew
3 tacos shells
Swiss cheese (or nacho cheese if available)
A few slices of “chorizo” hot Spanish chilli sausage
1 oven (not included in MRE)

My wife liked it but she’s still wondering about what it was made from

Interesting combination - I never would have thought of using stew as a taco filling - but it looks like it might have worked out. Of course, that chorizo might have helped out a lot.

Chili & beans from menu 1/2006 would have been more appropriate but I have to get it over with my old 2003 packs before I buy a new crate
