That video was of my FRH presentation at the MRE get-together a few years ago. I covered the salt trick, the food flip, and the mylar oven tip. Lacking a mylar oven you make yourself, the MRE outer bag is a fair substitute. I don't have a link to the video because I wasn't the camera guy.
