Okay, so I had a couple of cases lying around the house and had nothing better to do last night, so I thought, "What the hell. Let's grab one at random and see what I can do."
And the winner is...from 2004, number SEVEN, CHICKEN AND SALSA! (round of applause.)
I decided to make "NOT-chos!" (Because they're not really nachos!).
Break the crackers into several pieces and arrange on a plate.
After heating the Mexican Rice and the Chicken w/salsa entree, dump the rice evenly over the crackers.
Now, add the chicken and salsa mixture on top of the rice and and top it with jalapeño cheese spread. The cheese should melt into the whole thing.
For dessert, dunk those shortbread cookies into your Mocha Cappuccino.
