In the old dark brown MREs they would sometimes have reconstituted peaches and I've found if you add Mango Gatorade(not sure if they still make it, has a label in English and Espanol) instead of water they taste great.

That's a pretty cool idea! I'll have to give that a try the next time I run across some of those peaches.
