MRE pizza

One night my 7 year old son wanted a snack. He loves those "Lunchables" pizzas. After he started eating them, my 4 year old daughter wanted some, too. I checked the fridge...all gone!!! She was crying, so I had to improvise! I grabbed a MRE wheat snack bread, tore it open, and tossed it in the toaster oven to warm it up. I grabbed a jar of spaghetti sauce, and smeared it on the warm bread. Then I found a piece of string cheese (mozzarella) and peeled it into little strips. I put the cheese strips on the sauced bread and popped it back in for a minute or so, until the cheese melted. She loved it!!! Problem solved!

A Bifi Carazza too and they are avialable at every gas station.

A (warm) MRE pizza entree would be nice. Like this "Pizzazungen" available at our bakers.

What a great idea... MRE pizza.

Stable bread, sauce, and cheese. Stable pepperoni too? Not even sure you would need to warm it? Easy enough to slip the bread and sauce packets into a frh to warm them.

Hmmm.....

The German "Pizzazunge" is like a little, oblongness pizza. Available at "every" bakery over here. Just need to be warmed up, but could be eaten cold too. Not like a pocket sandwich, see:

Thats a pretty awesome idea... I might give that a try.

Housil, I had somthing similar to that Bakery in Soest (NWR), it was good! :D I ate it cold... it was -12 outside and snowing... we had to walk to the car. If I had warmed it it would have been cold pretty quick anyway.
