did you ever eat penutbutter without a wheatsnackbred?
-I did, with a tortilla.
Stuff you need:
Peanutbutter (I tried the one of the MRE)
Tortilla (I tried the one of the MRE)
First unpack the Tortillas...
Second step, spread the penutbutter over the Tortilla.
Third step, make a sausage out of the Tortilla filled with peanutbutter.
Last step- Enjoy it!

Ive tried it with items from a 09 menu #2
peanut butter,
Jam pouch
Tortillas
Opened both pouches, poured....*squeezed*.... onto the tortilla, wrapped it up.
Wasnt too bad for an MRE peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
I came, I saw, I ate some rations then fell asleep amongst the clover.

This has been a long time favorite snack for me. The tortillas keep much longer than bread does and I hate wasting food. So I found them to be good for most sammiches.

My daughter adds the strawberry jam when we are lucky enough to get it, I agree that is the best use of the tortillas...

Never tried it with the MRE tortilla. My wife made them from store bought Tortillas for our two kids when they were little
She made them Peanut butter and Jelly, they liked it.
It worked well for beach trips or traveling

So...any bets that somebody else will revive this a year from now?
