You can make almost everything to explode if it´s "dust" like flour, saw dust etc.

You put some black powder in the bottom of a container - in the video they were using 5 gallon buckets, but you can start smaller, such as a soup can - then put an electric match or a piece of visco or cannon fuse into the black powder. Put some tissue paper on top of the BP then fill the can up with your dairyshake mix. Light the fuse and retreat to a safe distance, or fire your match remotely. Enjoy your fireball!

The pudding is horrid. If you want some sophistication in your dairy shake, put some of your coffee in it, and the sugar packet. i only do this with the chocolate ones. My favorite is the vanilla. Soooo good. i saved one and ate it with peanut butter/jelly on wheat snack bread, and i put crushed ice in my shakes, too if eating at home. great stuff, man. I wish they'd put peaches back in, though.
