I've been saving mine and finally had one. At first I was scoffing at the label because 12g of protein for 270 calories doesn't pass for a protein shake in my opinion. I dropped the coffee packet in mine and used crushed ice water, I highly recommend it this way. Not much in the way of nutrition, but very cold water keeps it thicker and the coffee makes it taste more adult.

in a Starbucks you'd pay over £3 for that over here , Sounds a really good idea , If i get one again i may try that
