This improvised incubator was used on a premature in Haiti. Its a briiliant piece of improvisation by someone.
Heating units are activated and used as heat source together with thermal covering and several layers of wrapping for the patient. Several seem to be in use.

That is pretty cool biscuits brown! My hats off to that ingenius bit of engineering.
An ex air force surgeon I had the pleasure of meeting a few years ago at a survival class talked about how for hypothermic patients they would warm the IV fluids using two FRHs taped to the fluid bag.
