Argentine Racion de Combate (Individual)

Does anyone have any information on the Argentine Combat Ration project unveiled in 2004?
At the time, the proposed 1-day, 1-man ration consisted of 2 menus. All items were produced in Argentina, and consisted of a mix of canned & dried foods that could be eaten with minimum preparation. Contents included:
Menu #1:
-dehydrated soup packet with meat & fideo pasta
-canned corned beef
-small can of meat pate
-dry water biscuits
-fortified orange juice crystals
-cereal bar with fruit
-instant coffee
-green herbal tea (mate cocido or yerba cocido)
-sugar packets
-enriched caramels
-chewing gum
-ration heating support kit with alcohol fuel tablets
-lighter
-paper towels
-ziplock plastic bag

-quick-cooking country stew
-quick cooking polenta in cheese sauce
-canned corned beef
-wheat crackers
-fortified orange juice crystals
-cereal bar with fruit
-instant coffee
-green herbal tea (mate cocido or yerba cocido)
-sugar packets
-enriched caramels
-chewing gum
-ration heating support kit with alcohol fuel tablets
-lighter
-paper towels
-ziplock plastic bag
These are packaged inside a gray polyethylene bag with a pasted-on white paper label.
