Now, we need to figure out why the ones you purchase on eBay have that little hole "punched" into them.... Almost as if they were meant to sell in a store!

The little holes are to vent the super-powerful FRH dual-pack heating element, in the rare event, that H2O was somehow to achieve it's purpose on the pads, on a flight of Chinese paratroopers, enroute to the objective. They don't want the aircraft to suddenly explode for some strange reason.
