No, I spotted it on ebay and I wonder if it is worth to buy, no parachute, no chopsticks included

I cannot judge it about a military item or a commercial item. However, I think that the section of an military is related to it.
I think that the character string of the bottom of a package is written about the military section.
Would you show me the photograph of bottom and back of a package?
I write the character string of the Chinese in an image.

This is the only one photo , which is provided. For me this is a bit "too pretty" for a military ration
