German EPA Type 5,6 and 10?

I spotted these on Ebay the other day( I did think about buying one or two at the time, but ultimately didn't) and I noticed our site had little to say about it.The contents of the first link supposedly includes beef risotto ( Rindfleischristto?) and noodles w/ cream sauce and meatballs (Nudeln mit Sahnesauce und Frikadellen?) as mains, rice pudding with sultana dessert ( Reispudding mit sultana?), beef and lamb wurst ( Rindfleisch und lammwurst?), along with turkey hunting wurst ( Turkëi Jagdwurst? ), the margarine spread we've seen before, an energy bar, cappuccino beverage powder, and instant chocolate museli, along with the standard EPA side fare, such as hartkeks, brown bread, the 2 jams, and whatnot.
I've never even heard of this particular meal before. I assume it's part of a new meal plan of the Bundeswehr that they've added at least 2 to 3 more meals to the normal 3 we're used to seeing, possibly even up to 7 more than the normal 3 ( info here on 5 of them: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einmannpackung, but I'm not sure how current that listing is, the meal plan could have changed since that was put on there. Their Type 5 shows pork tortellini in tomato sauce and Rice w/ Turkey Squad and shrimp as the mains, which is not the mains in the one I found on Ebay.)
They seem to be trickling into the States as we speak, and as evidenced by the other two links, can be gotten now from Europe quite reasonably priced. I thought you guys would like to see what to maybe look for in the future. Pardon the translations though, I ran the names of what they were listed as through google translate, as I had not seen the actual items in the one, so if the translations are off for these items, don't blame me, blame google.
