I can't really speak to how it tastes but a little googling turned up recipes and pictures:
http://ethmar.com/ethan/food_drink/reci ... _bolognese
That'll at least give you an idea what it *should* taste like.

If you like it, it will taste very well.
The Ravioli in Campignonsauce is paste filled with meat in mushroom sauce.
Linseneintopf with 2 Mettwürstchen is a kind of soup with lentils and 2 sausages.
Griespeise is an sweet semolina made like blancmange.
Sorry for my bad description, dont know, how to use words

use the dictionary
is the bolognese also an epa menue ?
best regards

Could someone inform me about an EPA (typ I) I received. I want to know how old it is. The # on the box = 8970-12-160-0297.
(i'm not really good in posting pictures, sorry)
Contents e.g. has the oval shaped tin cans (main dish), tea & cofee extract (white) and the yellow/gold coloured instant drinks (Getränkepulver typ Orange).
Thanks in advance.

In 1997 changed the main dish tin from quader to oval.
the red markes show you the year, when it was produced.
left a 1994, rigth a 1998
the newer tins show you the pruduktion year like this
like this on every item a date is stamped, also the older ones.
but instant orange juice in golden bags i only remeber in 1987 to 1988
best regards

That´s the NSN (NATO Stock Number or "Versorgungsnummer" in German)
XXXX-12-XXX-XXXX
The "12" tell´s you the country of origin.
US is "00" and "01"
Canada is "21"
etc...
