Concise database/list of unambiguous ration names?

Is there one?
I mean something that shows a photo, a (preferably) unique name, maybe year introduced/stopped, and a very brief description or each and every ration from every country?
I'm sure the knowledge is here spread out among all the members and there's lots on wikipedia and the web in general, but I can't find anything "complete".
