Does it mean it was made on the 321st day of 1998?

I've allready had a "hamburger & beans" pack of 1998 that tasted ok.
I'm still alive but I hesitate to try my luck one more time

Update...
I had this entree for breakfast: t'was OK: no strange smell, no strange taste, the beans are a bit pasty and the bacon is not as crisp as like it but with one egg, some toasts and an orange juice it's a perfect way to start a Sunday morning

i guess millitary food is all the same, lots of stuff still good after years out of date...
