British Yellow Chicken Curry with Rice

Haven't long got in from work and didn't fancy cooking so I grabbed a random meal from the loose ones I have, not sure what menu its from but its 2014 dated, exp 2017

After 15 minutes in boiling water

Decent chunks of chicken, potato, carrots, Red Kidney beans and the rice was soft
As for taste its OK, hard to explain when I ripped open the pouch I could instantly smell curry but when I was eating it didn't taste as strong as it smelt if that makes any sense, it was on bland side, maybe salt might have helped but I avoid putting salt in food just not something I do.

Would I eat it again, yes probably add a little salt to give it that lift it needs though

That looks good, too bad the curry flavor didn't carry over from the smell. I always have my little spice rocket around for occasions like this. Cheers Garron and welcome to the party!
