British 24hr ration unimportable due to a bioterrorism act?

Well I got a decent deal on ebay for a set of 3 24hr ration packs, but after a week of waiting on tracking information I got a message that they were undeliverable and restricted and stuck in England. They were shipped via the "global shipping program" where they claim that edible items are unimportable due to a bioterrorism act here in the US. Anyone know anything about this act? I have received numerous mres from various countries clearing customs without issues.

Hmmm, that's new to me as well. I've ordered British 24-hr ration packs twice now from the UK, and they've always arrived quickly and without any issues.

This is your problem --->> the "global shipping program"..... Don't ever use this Ebay program to ship / receive rations!
