Unknown Norwegian (?) cans

I got from ebay.de two cans what I think suppose to be Norwegian:

Norge, or anybody else, can help what these´s are (for). They felt like something "solid" inside.

those cans are norwegian made in 1995 and they dont have a bbf date,no cans had that since they was supose to last forever
RSP= reserve proviant = spare ration TPC = i dont remember what it ment since not al cans had that on. FORSVARET=army
the can is full of :mashed yellow peas and pork meat and pork fat around inside the can.
these taste yummi and are Very filling.
and they are no longer in use or in the military system since they was $$$$$ to make.
one can was supose to be in Your ruck sack at al times in case of war,we was feed cans like this only in Field for eating to gett used to them
on special ocations.

you can eat it Cold on bread or heat it a bit in a pan,we used to prefer to eat it Cold when i was in the army
