what kind of MREs did West African peacekeepers have?

Hello,
I am new to the topic of MREs and am doing research for a film project that takes place in West Africa around the time of the civil wars in Liberia and Sierra Leone (1990's - early 2000's). I am trying to find out what kind of MREs the peacekeepers were supplied with. The most specific group that I would hope to find out would be the ECOMOG (Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group) peacekeeping group established by ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States), whose backbone was Nigerian armed forces and financial resources, although ECOMOG and the later ECOMIL (during the second civil war in Liberia) were supported by the UN.
I just have found no information on who supplied MREs for ECOMOG although I know they existed, and I am wondering if anyone here has firsthand info on what kinds of supplies were given to these African soldiers - where they came from and what they looked like. I have found details from WFP that they were delivering food to the areas that ECOMOG was monitoring, but that document also stated that ECOMOG had their own food supplies (so not WFP, as far as I can tell). Any info or details would help tremendously.
Thank you so much!
