New Russian ration?

There is a new Russian ration available, the RP-RSN (Ratsiona dlya Podrazdelenii Spetsialnogo Naznacheniya , "Daily Ration for Special Purpose Troops").
It is a one-day, 24 hour ration for 1 soldier, supposedly for recon & special forces. It is larger than the standard IRP-B and contains more food. It is packaged in a resealable camouflaged plastic bag, somewhat resembling an oversized MRE pouch. Inside is a thin pasteboard box which contains:
-6 pkg hard army crackers (8 per pkg, 50 g per pkg); 300 g
-1 can of Tushonka (fatty canned meat, usually pork) 325 g
-1 can of Kasha with beef (boiled buckwheat); 325 g
-1 can of fish; 250 g
-1 pkg of instant ramen noodles; 50 g
-1 large can of "zucchini caviar"; 360 g
-1 chicken bouillon cube (10 g)
-3 tubes of condensed milk (90 g each)
-3 bars of hard, bitter chocolate (20 g each, total 60 g)
-2 pkg tea (2 g each)
-4 pkg sugar (10 g each)
-1 box apple juice; 200 g
-3 fuel tablets & disposable folding ration heater
-3 moist towelettes
-1 multivitamin tablet
-1 pack of chewing gum (5 sticks)
-1 disposable butane cigarette lighter
-small folding can opener
-menu & instruction sheet
My question is, is this an official Russian military ration, or a commercial ration packaged to look like a military ration?
