Diabetes and Rations

My apologies because I believe I asked this before but I cannot find my post so I don't know if it was answered, but I noticed that the South African rations have special parts for soldiers with diabetes, although here in America, any armed forces member who comes down with Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes is usually discharged for being medically unfit for service. I'm wondering if any NATO members or other countries whose rations are in these forums have special rations for diabetics.

Thanks housil! My 'puter has been wigging out lately and just screwing up stuff. I did not notice any mention of diabetes-suitable menu items in the EpA rations so I'm assuming that the Bundeswehr does not have special stuff for diabetics, yes?

Nope, diabetes disables you from military service here anyways .
