Hi all,

Yesterday I received a long awaited package (ordered well before Christmas Stupid F'ing Aus post , but that is a story for another thread).

I remember someone asking how CR1M's are packaged, so I thought I would share these with you.......

The box :-)
All the relevant Info, as you can see there is no variety in the box all 10 are Menu D's. I don't know why they do not mix them up, seem like a strange idea :?

Opened, two separate tins of 5 ( one slightly bent in its exciting trip around Queensland and subsequent stay in a postal warehouse for a month, while the post office decided that two large cities did not exist)
Apparently the tins come in handy for rubbish.....

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing...

I could kick myself for not picking up one of these single rations when they were available on ebay a few months ago...

Great pics! I also find it odd they do not mix the menu's. But they probably issue them in mass at company level so I bet there are a bunch of cases of each menu so you can pretty much grab whatever menu you like, well hopefully!

I did notice that these tins are the sand colored version rather than the OD green version some 10 years ago. I think there were some stock photos that somebody posted here as to what the Aussie rations looked like when they came off the producion line.
