2 .- to drink cocoa must add milk, not water. Here in Spain all soluble cocoa drinks are made to add milk for consumption. why I find it very curious that in the mre's adding water to cocoa. any commercial essential water-soluble cocoa sold here if water is added can not be too bad to drink a watery taste
so your drink will not be good. we can add the milk obtained by mixing the contents of the tube of sweetened condensed milk with water. probably remain the cacao drink very sweet, because the cocoa also has added sugar in the envelope.
