

After soaking for recommanded 5-7min:

The beef was still hard, the beans tasted like the skin only, very "pale" taste.
First of all I deceided to let is soak for another 5 min.
Now the beef was soft enough to chew.
The taste was still "pale" or "silent", so I used a dash of salt to give it any taste.

It was enough food, but just average to me
