last night's episode - available on Hulu in the US shows Galactica Raptor pilots loading up MREs into flight containers for extended flight ops.
they're the tan MREs.
i'll try to digg up a screen shot

I'd guess they would be eating them cold... MRE heater + Confined cockpit space = trouble
