housil!

you know you can complain to the zoll.
i did it in norway and they had to pay for the rations
they opened, since they could have used xray and sniffer dog
instead of opening and ruin the rats :(

i have always hated the fu&%#¤ng zoll people

lovly imps
cheers norge

Nice Olli, better late than never. Not very common this side of the atlantic!

Yes x-ray and sniffer dogs would have been a better option, wonder why they didn't use those methods.
I've never had any packages opened by UK customs,

I've had my suitcases searched both going in and coming out of Germany twice. in 05 and 08..

Nice! Too bad about customs though.

Can we expect some reviews in the near future?

While having a phone call with Rudi, I found a letter attached to the outer box:

German customs wrote, due to the European "control of enimal epedemic diseases" they removed everything containing pork...

REMOVED

Holy crap!
They really opend the 5 IMPs to remove the entrees (ham steak, wieners w/ beans etc...)

AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH.......

Removed

Some way to proof that "ham steak" was made with beef?!

Wow, having your meals "raped" like that is a real bummer. This is unfortunately what adds to it being so difficult to get any rations here in Canada. There is a restriction on importing beef from the USA, and other countries are even worse.
