We don´t store any individual rationed food for disaters purpose, nor for civil defence organisations (I´m working for).

I had three deployments as a paramedic at the Oder-River flood in East Germanys Dresden in 2002:





My job:
On scene coordinator for 70 ALS ambulances to evacuate hospitals



We "occupied" a Terminal of Dresden Airport to make a 150 bed "field" hospital with ICU out of it. From there, the German Bundeswehr evacuated the patiens with C-130 MEDEVAC all over Germany





Maybe the Bundeswehr got their own EPa´s there



But we didn´t got any kind of rations







just "ordenary" field kitchen food. Lots of sausages with lentils & beans, ground beef w/ noodles etc...


If they had suplied us with any rations - you can bet I had them...
