Hi folks,
I used to use the Fox's wholemeal crackers along with tuna etc a lot as a quick emergency lunch at work - but the Co-opnear me has stopped stocking them.
As an alternative, i was thinking of sourcing a few packs of Biscuits Brown. However, I am also working on the weight a bit.. does anyone have, or know where I could get hold of, nutritional data for Biscuits Brown?

I'd like to help but I've never seen any nutritional information posted for the British rations parts and pieces. The best you can probably do is to find a commercial product similar to them and go by the nutritional information there.

The MREs are the only ones with nutritions printed on it.
(Very importend for me as I have to eat "low-fat" only)

Hi Guys,
I dug through my collection of biscuits and found 2 commercial packs of biscuits fruit-s. I should have some of the brown ones too. I'll get back on that one.
Here's a pic and the nutritional value on the fruits (95 gr a pack):
per 100 gr:
1841 Kj;
6.3 gr Protein;
82.2 gr Carbohydrates;
9.1 gr Fat;
and there's 3.1 gr. Fyber.
EDIT: here's the nutritional value on the browns (84 gram a pack):
per 100 gr. of product.
1902 Kj;
12.8 gr Protein;
73.1 gr Carbohydrates;
14.1 gr Fat.
I hope this helps a bit.
Cheers Nawt.

So I make that..
Biscuits Brown - 6 biscuits in a serving?
454 calories, 7 grammes sat fat = 7 points?
Biscuits Fruit - how many biscuits in a serving (pack)
439 calories, 4.5g sat fat = 6 points?
Hmm - works out at about a point a biscuit... about commensurate with the Fox's ones...
Oh - who makes them?
