Russian Ration

I got my next Russian ration today :D

I allready had this "older" one (got it from Afghanistan):

but now I got this "French similar" one too:

The entrees are similar but smaller than the old Bundeswehr EPa entrees

Very nice! Are you going to taste-test this one anytime soon or are you saving it for your collection?

I will save it for collection (and very very very very very... bad times :wink: )

I red the Russian Ration Review from here and this was warning enough for me not to try it. Especially the "...The two main meals are full of fat and oil..."

In my ration was the jam leaking and all the sugar bags too. The liquide and the grains were "cold melt" together with the bonbons and all the paper bags. The moisture went into the sugar bags and made it real hard :cry:
