Need help identifying this 2010 ration please

Hey everyone. I have no clue what country or military this ration belongs to. Maybe UN or NATO? Seems to be packed in 2010 and all components show 2010 pack dates too. Please help me figure it out. Thank you!

It's a "Western" UN 24hr ration.
I did a review of one several years ago:
