Interesting, makes me wish they showed what else you got in the bag. Glad they retained the bread. Wonder if they kept the honey.
Gundog- if you take a close look at 0:29 seconds, that nearly flat, card-appearing item is actually the honey!
Here’s closeups - you can see the directions to fold and squeeze the card so that the perforation on the back will open and exude the honey.

Can someone please reply, what to do with dryed lentils and dryed beans? I tryed frying them in oil, no luck.

Usually you have to soak them in water (for hours), so I don´t know why they put them in rations.

the dryed lentils and dryed beans are rosted so they are to be like a snack, stuf like this is used a lot in the midle east and eastern parts of europe

Yeah the lentils in oil are meant to be kind of peanuts - a crunchy slightly salty snack to nosh on.
