WWII German Canned Ration

Anyone know if this is authentic? Very unique and might pick it up, but there’s very little information about this particular ration that I can find

It´s this "rare", I have three of them
and "no" it´s NOT WW2 but a ~ 1960-1970 Bundeswehr (German Army) canned bread.
The way to bake bread right into the can was invented by a baker in the city I live (Ochsenfurt). The local news paper called me in 2011, asking me for my bread can for their article.

That´s what are forms are for - share knowledge
As much as I know, there wasn´t any canned bread in the German military in WW2 at all.

We had field bakeries, baking fresh bread with the troops and hardtack, but no canned bread.
