What is that ration sitting on? Looks like an uncomfortable chair with stabby rope knots.

I am not looking for congratulations, it's just the first ration I have ever recognized online somewhere well known.
The ration is sitting on a hepa filter carbon filter, the rope knots are paracord tied through washers on a leather backdrop and sides. It is inside a leather box of sorts
and the lid is sitting on top of a clear plexiglass display stand in an upside down U shape.
