UK 24 hr Ration Pack PD 07/2020 Menu 9

Post by subway » Sun Sep 19, 2021 6:04 am

One of the more modern ration packs I've seen, just over a year old!
Seems to be less in than Ive seen before. In addition to what's in the picture, there was a pack of ginger biscuits.

The older box style did seem to have more contents but, that looks like it would be a pretty good menu. Did you vid it or do a written review?

Weigh reduction on a case of 10 is 3kg/6.5lbs. Some might be excess cardboard but I bet they chopped down some content!

Yea we have noticed the same, some menus in Pack date 03/19 were over 2kg now posting PD 08/2020 all are well below 2kg with some being 1.5kg.

Almost all boxed rations from 2014 onwards weighed 2kg+

yeah moving from boxes to bags would reduce the weight a fair bit, but theres definately a lot less in them than there used to be for sure, still enough but a lot of snacks are missing now, less chocolate, biscuits, fruit smoothies ect.
I came, I saw, I ate some rations then fell asleep amongst the clover.
