In case anyone is interested, you can make your own Scho-ka-kola for a lot less money.
-Take a package of DARK chocolate baking chips or shave a DARK chocolate baking bar.
-Melt over a double boiler or in the microwave
-Mix in one heaping tablespoon of instant coffee (powder, NOT the freeze-dried crystals)
-Add ONE drop of vanilla (no more or the chocolate will seize up and never solidify)
-Mix thoroughly and pour into a mold; refrigerate to harden.
You can also buy powdered cola extract on line and add that in.
Be sure and spray the mold lightly with olive oil or cooking spray before adding the chocolate.
