Got Russian rations military and civilian about 6 month- 1 months out of date.

Did anyone eat them at that date point nan what would the quality be ?

I'm currently staying indoors during Covid shielding and considering digging them out, so I don't have to do shopping as much.

I've loads of Spanish tinned rations on reserve which should last years, I'm planning to break them out later in the year. 7 Italian vacuum sealed 2 years out, 1 US MRE beef taco and 1 Canadian both 1 year out.

I have eaten a couple that where out of date by 6 months they weren't terrable I'm sure storage conditions make all the difference I'd say sooner u eat them the better chance u have of them being good
