I have seen this ration not to long ago when I was browsing the web,not shure if was on the Natic site or a Vietnam war gear site..
now I know where it was Ebay.

but didn't the seller have other US ration stuff that was about nam time?

1 tin with date 11-86. That's it. He also said that maybe it came from a C1 vest. Nothing more

I did find part of a book that mentions "Wilson and Company" in terms of an Army Quartermaster report. Looks like they were involved in food prep (and research) around 1959-1961 at least.
