British orps

Are the British orps coming in bags now? There was a review on you tube and it was in a Ziploc bag.

I've not seen any myself, currently we're still being issued with ORP boxes.

I've seen pictures of them, they look like single meal packs, whereas ORPs is for 24 your use, can be stretched to 3 days if necessary and still provide enough nutrition.

That said I will keep an eye out for one and see if they are what they're cracked up to be.

The UK Cold weather ORP's come in a plastic bag as do the Halal ORP's.

Flameless ration heaters is very useful.
Therest of the contents are what we usually get in our ORP rations, curried Indian/Thai meals are very popular with the troops.

Sorry, its actually the Sikh/Hindu ORP's that come in the plastic baggy.
