Dutch 24hr cold weather ration expiry

So I've got a Dutch 24hr cold weather ration, everything's freeze dried I believe. I'm generally just wondering about how safe it is to eat the things inside. The expiry's from May of 2016, so just about three years out, and I've tried to keep everything as cold as possible, but my room's been warmer than I'd like frequently. One thing I won't be putting anywhere near my mouth is the pates that're in there. The bag is a little airy, but I don't think it's gotten any worse than when I first got it, I also don't know what the storage conditions were like before I got it. I've attached a contents list, any input is greatly appreciated!

If the containers are not bulky, they are Ok to give them a try. Smell they odd? Do they give you a "numb" tongue? Use your senses.
