Spanish reinforcement cold weather ration for civilians, yeah that sounds legit af. Somehow I doubt there where any mention of word civilian anywhere before the first video review of this ration when most of people came to conclusion this is fake, carlos just gave more evidence with this topic that's all.

I ordered one thing fron him, a Menu 1 RCIR and I will NEVER deal with him again. Took forever to get my package and when I finally did it was the wrong one.... and about twice the price plus shipping compared to other sellers on eBay. I only ordered from him because he was the only person who had Menu 1 with the Ostrich entree... and I didn't even get that one, he sent me the Halal #1 instead. Not happy at all.

Many times people don't know what they are selling. He probably thought there was only 1 menu #1. He did not bother to look at his stock and just found the picture online of the wrong menu #1.

Somehow, he still has a 100% seller feedback rating?

I was just going to comment on that, but then I realized feedback older than 12 months is not taken into consideration when calculating the feedback percentage.
He's got 5 "neutral" reviews (which don't affect rating either), one of which is for a ration:
This a LUNCH ration. Yes, it showed in the pic, but was not in the description.
SPANISCHE RATIONEN. SPANISH COMBAT RATION. MRE. MENU B5 DE (Nr.161952100846)
So the only way to get his rating down it to actually buy something and give negative feedback.
On the other hand, they can request to have negative feedback removed if it can be shown that the purchase was made solely to be able to provide negative feedback...

Note that I have never sold anything on eBay myself, but this is what I've figured out when trying to see how to determine if a seller is reliable or not.

In short: The only way to bring his rating down is to buy something, and if you're not happy, be sure to give negative feedback, and you have no chance of knowing if he's had bad feedback over 12 months ago...

He refunded me my money before I could leave feedback. That's the only positve out of it, would have given him 1 star out of 5 for that. Haha

That sounds fair (the 1 star bit)
