i`ll put the Russian on the list.

i`ll try some more US mres eventually, i can see the genius design in them.

i will do some reviews in the future with a full write up. i will pick one of the brit packs at random. i already noticed one has nougat in it.

i will get some additional FRH as the technology is so wonderful.

i have noticed on some reviews that some odd combination of foods are eaten. i`m not being critical at all, it just adds to the experience.
the american retort pouches are brilliant, they have a lengthways tear so the pouch is a bowl. something i wish the brits would do.
the drinks are my favourite, by far. i was disapointed with the lemon drink in the US mre, although the main (brisket, and spuds were good.)

after the festive period, i`ll invet in some.

Welcome to the group! Cheers from Idaho USA.
Im a big fan of Norwegian arctic field rations, they are flipping good, compact, and organic.
German EPAs are amazing also! Right up there w Norwegian, but bigger!

MRE's basically suck, but something to put in the belly, and with the amount of troops we have, there is a cost factor verses mission. Euro 24 Hr. rations are way better, and us Americans love to get our hands on them when possible. Canadian IMP's are also superior to MRE's, but there is a lot less Canadian troops in the field. Whatever. Love the British All Day Breakfast. A+. Cheers, Mate.
