I just had the "Gemusepfanne mit Tofuzubereitung" (Vegetables with Tofu) out of one of my Type 3 EPA's for an early lunch. I took jubifahrer's advice and boiled the closed tin in a hotpot at my desk (thanks for the tip).
I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. It is very good (but it would be even better with chunks of chicken instead of Tofu). Just needed a little Tabasco.
On my vegetarian field ration rating scale, it's number 1.
