Re: United Nations force Ration
Is that an all-day ration or meant for two? Seems like a lot of food for a single meal.

Re: United Nations force Ration
Thanks for the pictures! Looks like an interesting ration too. Interesting also that MRE cheese spread is included. A shame that one of the condiments has gone bad (ketchup or Mexican sauce?) On most of the foreign rations I have, the condiments (mayo, ketchup, etc...) are the first thing to go, the packaged meals and desserts last a lot longer.
I am seeing most of the ration expiration dates printed on the container reflect the date of the earliest expiring item in the package so if the ketchup expires in Aug-2014 the ration will be marked best before Aug 2014 however most of the other items will last years longer. If I were in charge of packaging I would either leave those items out (Ketchup, Mayo) or find a shelf stable heat resistant product to match the life of the other ration components.

Re: United Nations force Ration
It's 24-hour ration. It includes three meals and between-meal snacks.Apocalypse wrote:Is that an all-day ration or meant for two? Seems like a lot of food for a single meal.
