In russian stores in germany it makes no different for me if its from russia or belrussia.
i know this cans well as civilian stuff from there. the other items look like candys you can buy there.
were did you get the belrussian ration from ? have you any source that this is real army stuff.

We don´t seperate Belarus ("white russia") and Russia. All 15 "countries" were part of former Soviet Union...
Maybe they use this cans at their army as rations - but jubifahrer is right. You can buy this common cans all over here in "russian" departmen stores...
