Dimensions of British rations

Post by ptruhe » Sun Jun 12, 2005 1:44 am

I want to duplicate the case and the individual boxes inside the case for a 1/35 scale model but I have no idea of the dimensions.

The pictures on this site are a help though.

Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul - welcome to the forums!

I just measured a British Ration I have - here are the dimensions:

7.5" x 7.75" x 4/5"

The long (7.75") side is the one that has M.O.D. USE ONLY and NOT FOR RESALE written along it.

First attempt. Quite small at 1/35 scale and my digital camera has no macro.

Now it's on to the big box.
