Tucked away in a corner of the Imperial War Museum, London. A WWII Royal Air Force Pacific ration, interesting to see!

Interesting! Looks decently balanced for the time... Ham, oatmeal and cheese and sweets , you would get a decent ammount of nutrients and fiber that way... might not be the best tasting stuff, but its WWII...
